This policy covers this website only. Each product has its own privacy policy describing what that product does, and this page does not replace it.

What this site collects

No accounts, no sign-up, no forms, no tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of you and we do not sell anything to advertisers.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details every request carries — your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser’s user-agent — to serve the page and to protect the site from abuse.

The payment page

The /pay/ page loads Paddle.js from Paddle’s servers so that a payment link can open the checkout. That script works out which country you are in from your IP address and may set cookies during the checkout itself. That processing is Paddle’s, under Paddle’s privacy policy.

Everything you type into the checkout — card details, billing address, email — goes to Paddle, not to us. Paddle acts as merchant of record: legally it is the seller, it is the controller of that payment data, and we neither receive nor can see it.

We ourselves store nothing when you open /pay/.

Writing to us

If you email support@jsoft.studio, we receive your address and whatever you write. It is delivered to our mailbox through Cloudflare Email Routing and kept there for as long as the correspondence is useful. We use it to answer you, and for nothing else.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The only cookies you may receive here come from Paddle’s checkout on the /pay/ page, and only once that checkout opens.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to its processing. Write to support@jsoft.studio and we will answer.

For payment data, the request belongs with Paddle, since Paddle is its controller — but write to us anyway if that is easier and we will point you the right way.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
