What these terms cover

These terms cover this website and your general relationship with us as the studio.

Each product has its own terms, which govern how that product may be used. If a product’s terms and these ever disagree, the product’s terms win for that product. Nothing here narrows a right you have under a product’s own terms.

Who sells you the software

Your purchase is not made from us directly. Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as merchant of record: it is the seller, it charges you, it handles tax and invoices, and its Buyer Terms apply to that transaction alongside these terms. If the two ever conflict about the payment itself, Paddle’s terms govern the payment.

The /pay/ page on this site exists for one purpose: to open Paddle’s checkout when you follow a payment link we or Paddle sent you — for example to update a card or settle an invoice. It shows no prices and sells nothing on its own.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our software.

This website

The site is informational. We publish it as it is, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time. Product descriptions here are a summary — the product’s own site and terms are what govern it.

The text, images and code of this site belong to us. Product names and logos of other companies mentioned anywhere on it belong to their owners.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

We provide the site and our products with reasonable care, but we do not promise that either is free of faults or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data arising from the use of this website.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death, personal injury or fraud, and nothing here affects the mandatory rights of consumers.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there.
